How these get scoped
Every engagement starts the same way regardless of which service it turns out to be: a diagnosis before a quote. That is not a formality, the brief and the actual constraint diverge often enough that quoting the brief would mean quoting the wrong work.
A store described as needing a headless rebuild frequently needs three apps removed. A checkout requirement described as impossible is sometimes a Function nobody had considered. Finding that out costs an hour at the start and saves a great deal afterwards.
